About Pastoral Board

The CCI Joy Family’s pastoral ministry constitutes a team of three steadfast ministers, together with their spouses. With time, the team has fine-tuned and brilliantly combined their gifts and capabilities to grow a stark corporate ministry. This team of pastors organizes itself to minister corporately to the needs of members by sharing duties so that pastoral office hours are taken care of with ease and effectiveness. CCI Joy Family being a semi-urban congregation requires very dynamic leadership to address the ministerial challenges that keep arising.

The goal of the pastoral team is to keep innovating effective ways to meet the congregation’s needs with the aim of creating a vibrant congregation that meets the needs of its members and reaches out to the world. To achieve this, the pastoral team meets monthly to evaluate the ministry in the church and to lay strategies for effective service delivery.
