Without limiting the above, we reserve the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authority or court order requesting or directing us to reveal the identity or other information of anyone posting any materials on or via the Websites if such information is known. The Websites, as well as all materials contained therein (collectively, “Online Material”), are the property of CCI joy family, its licensors, and other Online Material providers and are protected by Kenyan copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Unauthorized use of the Websites’ Online Materials may be in violation of these and other laws. Without the specific permission of the Church or the copyright owner, no part of the Online Materials may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, downloaded, or transmitted in any form or by any means. For the avoidance of doubt, Online Materials refer to any and all text, drawings, pictures, video, or audio sequences, as well as any images featured on the Websites.

You may not, for example, copy, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute, or create any derivative works from any materials on the Websites, including but not limited to the production of websites, blogs, magazines, books, CDs/DVDs, and other electronic media; Delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of items from the Website; use or access this Website for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use on your own computer or mobile device.

Claims and Reporting of Copyright Infringement.

Time Limits For Filing Claims

Jurisdiction And Governing Law

You waive any and all objections to such courts having jurisdiction over you and to such courts having jurisdiction over you.

Applications For Mobile Devices

We may develop and deliver mobile application updates at our sole discretion from time to time, which may include upgrades, bug repairs, patches, other error corrections, deletions, and new features. You acknowledge that the Church is under no responsibility to provide such updates. The mobile application will automatically download and install all available updates based on your specific mobile settings, or you may receive notification of or be encouraged to download and install such updates. Complete Accord

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy are the only and final agreement between you and the Church regarding the Website, and they supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, concerning the Website.

Exchanges And Returns

Product Sold: If you desire to return a product, we will replace or exchange it or grant you a refund in the form of your original purchase once we receive it. Deliveries To Correctional Facility

Packages delivered to correctional facilities are not our responsibility. We will make every effort to follow our customers’ postal instructions, but orders that do not arrive at their specified locations will not be refunded. As a result, if you want to send a box to someone in prison, you must do so at your own risk and expense.

Geographical Constraints

The Websites are administered from Kenyan offices. The Church makes no claim that the Websites’ content or contents are appropriate or available for use in other countries. Access to the Websites’ information or materials is strictly banned from jurisdictions where such access is illegal. You use the Websites at your own risk if you access them from other jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for adhering to any applicable laws.
